Alexey Komissarov, Visiting Entrepreneur
Based in Moscow, Alexey Komissarov is a serial entrepreneur and senior government official. Alexey had already founded AutoRepairSystems by the time he graduated. His next project, the Tver paint factory secured investment exceeding 1bn rubles. This success won Alexey Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year international award for industrial production. Appointed to the Moscow Government in 2011, his newest role is Director General of the Russian Industry Development Fund. Inspired by his MBA at KBS, Alexey has become our newest Visiting Entrepreneur. His commitment is to support Kingston’s talented students to reach their entrepreneurial potential.

Ratheesh graduated from Kingston in 1999 with a BSc in Aerospace Engineering. He was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Faculty of Business and Law 2011 in recognition of his outstanding commitment to education and international development. Ratheesh was one of the three founders of Lebara, the mobile telecommunications company specialising in fulfilling needs of international communities and migrant workers. He continues to lead the business, with the aim of building a brand of choice for 1 billion people by 2020.
