Bright Ideas Competition

Bright Ideas is our popular annual ideas competition, which seeks out innovative, exciting and inspiring ideas – it’s a chance to find out what you’re capable of!

We believe that creativity, motivation and confidence are the foundations of an entrepreneurial spirit; that’s why Bright Ideas is open to students from all levels and faculties, and business knowledge is not required.

Why enter?

Whether its a business, product, social enterprise or other, the competition gives you the chance to showcase and develop your idea with support from our mentors and your peers. Plus, you’ll…

  • Learn how to turn an idea into a reality…
  • Pitch to distinguished entrepreneurs and investors.
  • You could win up to £1000 investment, and mentoring from a successful entrepreneur!
  • And it looks great on your CV!

Successful applicants will be given the opportunity to take their Bright Idea to market through our supportive Accelerator Programme!
